We now offer our cat hotel in a separate facility from our dog hotel! It is a large, bright area where all of our private 6-level condos open into a rec room area for play. Our condos will accommodate 2 cats from same family or extra large individuals. Once our feline guests become comfortable with the daily routine they are welcome to come out of their condo to wander and climb the cat trees. Lots of our regular feline guests have become part of the welcoming committee, with their curious nature and lure of a chin or belly rub!

Healthy Environment
We require that our feline guests are up-to-date with their vaccinations, and flea protection. We require the veterinarian vaccination certificate at the check in appointment time. Please read our health requirements and frequently asked questions to make sure you have all the health requirements. The health of our guests is important to us. We do not administer injections.
Stress-Free
In order to minimize change, we ask you to provide their food, a blanket or small cozy bed that gently smells like home. Our guests feeding schedule is generally twice a day, and any instructions for adhering to their accustomed schedule are welcomed. We provide bedding(as required), feeding dishes, litter and litter pans.
- Boarding fees for one cat is $20 per night, or $38 for guests who come together and need individual condos.
- Check in/out times are Monday to Saturday between 9-10am or 4-5pm, and Sunday between 4-5pm.
- Long weekends, we are closed Sunday (and Monday am), with check out available on the Holiday Monday between 4-5pm.
- If checking out in the afternoon (between 4-5pm), add a 1/2 day fee.

We have been boarding my dogs (and cat) with Bernice since the day she opened Blue Mountain Pets Hotel. Having just moved to the area and needing to find a trusted kennel to board our pets, we were reassured after their very first visit. We have had older dogs who have since passed away and new puppies who have had the luxury to visit the hotel. All the dogs are very excited when we pull up the driveway and very content staying with their "friends" they have made along the way. I have no worries about them while we are away (for short or long visits, they are well cared for). We recommend Bernice and Blue Mountain Pets Hotel to everyone who needs to board their four legged family members.

Blue Mountain Pets Hotel is a wonderful “home away from home” for my golden retriever Bella. When Bella realizes we’re arriving at the Blue Mountain Pets Hotel, she gets excited and you can tell she wants to be there. Bella greets Bernice enthusiastically every time we arrive, the same way she does with members of our own family that she hasn’t seen for awhile.
I think that’s because of the special care and individual attention she gets at the Blue Mountain Pets Hotel. The staff take care in matching up compatible dogs for their playtimes romping in the spacious enclosed yard. Bernice is very conscientious in giving Bella the regular medications she needs to take to manage her allergies. The spacious indoor-outdoor runs are comfortable and spotless And Bella often sees some of the same doggy friends she has played with before, including Maple!
It is a great comfort to know that when I’m away, whether for a day or 2, or a week or 2, that Bella is “on vacation” too – so well cared for and enjoying herself.

I have been bringing my dog Taco to the Blue Mountains Pet Hotel since he was 6 months old and whenever I go to pick him up he is always happy, healthy and full of puppy energy. I recently bought my newest addition Mico in for his first stay. I was unsure at first how he would handle it since he is very young and quite shy. After his 10 days there he was almost like a new dog. He was more outgoing, energetic and socialized. I appreciate the great care my dogs receive when they stay there and am never worried about their well being which makes my vacations that much more relaxing! I am a very over protective doggie mom and I know finding someone that you trust to watch your babies can be incredibly hard to do but I have found it here and would recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for somewhere where your pet can have fun and you can have peace of mind, then Blue Mountain Pets Hotel is the place. We have taken our dog to the motel for daycare and boarding for the past 3 years. Bernice and her staff are professionals. The site is immaculate and Bernice and her staff are always caring, ensuring that each pet has their individual needs taken care of. I believe that if our dog could talk he would consider the Motel his home away from home. It is such a relief for me and my husband to go on vacation and know that our dog is taken care of professionally, but also with love and understanding.

Our dogs Teddy, a 4 pound Yorkie, and Nicky, a 15 pound Shih Tzu are regular clients of the Blue Mountain Pets Hotel. These two little dogs mean the world to us and we searched long and hard to find a boarding kennel where we felt provided the best possible care and a safe, happy environment. From the moment we met Bernice we could sense her genuine devotion and interest in animals and her dedication to providing a high standard of care to all her furry clients. Teddy and Nicky love to play with the other dogs at the hotel and we are pleased that they are able to socialize while there. We feel grateful to Bernice for taking Nicky to the vet and medicating her when she had an ear infection this past February. We never worry about the dogs when they are at the Blue Mountain, and that peace of mind is priceless to us.
